Equipment

We use the equipment that you have currently available or can purchase easily, and design a custom program and exercise list.

Step 3
Sessions

All sessions will be online one-on-one. Your trainer will demonstrate the correct exercise and form and ensure that you are doing the exercise correctly throughout the whole workout.
